Spring has finally come 春到来

It finally became spring, temperature raised up to 16 or 17 degrees, it is sunny and I saw the streets without pebbles. At flower shops they sell colorful tulips or roses in addition to salix gracilistyla. Now the Easter is coming, I see colorful eggs, bunny-shaped chocolates or bread everywhere at show windows. The weather forcast says that it will be warmer and may reach 20 degrees, finally we can go out without coats. I also saw some people drving their open car with their roof opened.

ようやく春が来た。気温も16度から17度に上がり、日が差し、通りにはスリップ防止用の小石もなくなった。花屋にはネコヤナギの他にも色とりどりのチューリップやバラが。イースターを間近に控え、カラフルな卵や、ウサギ型のチョコレートにパンがショーウィンドウにあちこちの並ぶ。天気予報はさらに暖かくなると予想、20度くらいにはなるだろうと言っている。ようやくコートを手放して外出できるようになった。オープンカーの幌を開けて走っているドライバーも目にする。

It is recognisable that the day is getting longer and longer day by day. Next weekend is the end of winter time, clock will proceed by an hour. I do not especially miss sunshine during winter as many European would do, but now I can understand their feeling; there is a huge contrast between winter and spring in color and brightness.

日毎に日が長くなっていくのが感じられる。次の週末で冬時間も終わりで時計が1時間進む。冬の間に特に太陽が恋しくなることはないが、今ではこちらの人間の気持ちが少し分かる。冬と春では色と空の明るさに大きな隔たりがある。
