I cannot remember when I played badmington last time, I joined in playing with my friends for the first time in many years. Badminton is a really hard sport, especially wrist, under arm and both thighs. Completely different muscles are active as while running which I recently keen on for the preparation of marathon. When I was at university I took badmington course for two years and often played with one of the foreign students from the Philippines, Gatotto-kun. Where is he by now? How is he now? I still remember his funny Japanese.
Just after an hour, two by two playing, I felt my thighs and back very tensed and I took bath at home. Well, this is the way how Japanese would recover at the end of each day :) I am so happy to have a bath tub at home! If I could have onsen powder, there were nothing to say any more! I am not very young at all, I know I have to take care of my body all the time.
