No Kiss at school 学校でキスはだめよ

I read a newspaper article last week that one of Hauptschule in Upper Austria (Hauptschule.... students from about 10 to 16 in Austria) banned kisses among students at school and it was on the newspaper not only in regional papers.
As you might have know, in many European countries friends would greet by giving kisses on the cheeks, right and left one after another is common. (Trivial difference is there, twice or three
times...) Maybe in Japan, nobody can see somebody is hugging and kissing in the university or any public place, or they should be usually foreigners.

先週新聞記事で、アッパーオーストリアのとある学校(１０歳から１６歳の生徒が通うところ)で、生徒同士のキスを禁止するお達しが出たというのを読んだ。地方紙だけではなく全国紙にも。多分御存知かもしれないが、ヨーロッパの多くの国では挨拶代わりにお互いの両方の頬にキスをするという習慣がある。（２回か３回かなどの細かい違いはあるが） 日本では、おそらく学校や公共の場で誰かが抱き合ったりキスをしたりしているところを見ることはまずない。あるとすれば日本にいる外国人。。

I remember the another article that the city Venezia started to control bad manner of tourists, decided to fine whoever kisses on the streets. I lost how much it was, but tourists would be fined when they sit on the streets or steps, walking in the bikini or something else in summer. For Japanese tourists it makes no difference any way.

この記事を読んで思い出したのが、ベニスで観光客のマナーの悪さに業を煮やした当地の人が、通りでキスをしている人に対して罰金を要求すると決めたことだ。どれほどの罰金だったかは失念したが、通りや広場に座ったり、夏にビキニ姿で通りを歩いたりすることも同じように取り締まられる。ただ日本人観光客には何の影響もない。

Many people are against the kiss ban in the school as far as I read papers... can you imagine that in Japan? I think at least 100 years we need to see such the scene in Japan or never.

新聞記事を読む限りではかなりたくさんの人が学校でのキス禁止令に対して反対のようだ。日本でこんなことが想像できるだろうか。たぶん最低でもあと１００年はかかるか、それとも一生ありえないかのどちらかだろう。
