Tiramisu ティラミス

I have never cooked tiramisu. But I got to have a chance to do partly by myself. My Hungarian teacher offered some articles how to cook tiramisu although it is not Hungarian sweets, honestly I had NO idea how to prepare it.

ティラミスを作ったことなど一度もなかったが、部分的に自分で準備する機会に恵まれた。ハンガリー語の先生が、ハンガリーのお菓子でもないに関わらず教材を用意してくれた。実際どうやって作るのかまったく見当もつかなかった。

My Hungarian vocabulary grows very slowly. It is relatively easy to remember when it comes to something to eat. Yes, I basically like to cook any way. I got to know which ingredients we need to prepare tiramisu, and learned these words in Hungarian. Honestly it is fun to learn Hungarian, because I already gave up to learn Austrian dialect which turned out to be too difficult after eight-year effort. It seems to me even a wonder that I can hear the word spoken by native speakers which I learned in advance, which can never happen with Austrian language.

ハンガリー語の語彙は少しづつ増えている。食べるものに関する単語は比較的覚えやすい。もちろん基本的に料理が好きなせいもあろう。ティラミスを作るのに何が必要なのか、それをハンガリー語で覚える。正直ハンガリー語を勉強するのは楽しい。8年間オーストリアの方言を習得しようとして諦めたあとだからなおさら。自分が事前に覚えた言葉をネイティブスピーカーの口から聞けるのは驚きにすら感じられる。オーストリア語ではこういうことは起こらない。

We prepared by watching Youtube to prepare, it was the basic recipe for tiramisu. It was so easy and I had never thought that! Following day at my next lesson, I enjoyed the tiramisu which slept in fridge for a day. It was very good. It was very good to know that we need coffee for tiramisu!

ユーチューブを見ながら作業をする。ティラミスの基本的なレシピのようだ。こんなに簡単だったとは思いもしなかった。翌日のレッスンの日、前日に仕込んで冷蔵庫に1日寝かせたティラミスを頂くが、とてもおいしかった。ティラミスにコーヒーが欠かせなかったとは知らなかった！
